Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all Adour tags attached to qualify for an exchange or refund.

  Ship the Item

  Pack the item securely and ship it back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing & Resolution

  Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 3 to 5 business days.
